Hanna Brandt
Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in Training
Hanna Brandt is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in training. Guided by a humanistic understanding of the person, she views the inner conflict between the drive for self-realization and the adaptation to social norms as a central source of psychological crises. In her therapeutic work, she aims not only to facilitate the resolution of current problems through addressing inner conflicts, but also to help release repressed potentials and foster the expression of one’s authentic self. In addition to psychodynamic approaches, her work is informed by Gestalt therapy, spiritual dimensions of human development, and body-oriented methods.
