Ines Mahr is a clinical psychologist, health and community psychologist, and sex therapist. In her psychotherapeutic work, she combines psychodynamic psychotherapy and systemic approaches with mindfulness-based procedures and body-oriented methods. She has extensive experience working with individuals and groups from different cultural backgrounds and with a variety of mental illnesses. It is important to her to create a safe space for self-discovery and personal development through sensitive and respectful support. She supports her clients with appreciation, impartiality, and curiosity to manage stress, understand themselves better, and develop their potential.
