Mia Szymanski, M.Sc.

Systemic Psychotherapist in Training and Psychotherapy Practitioner

Mia Szymanski is a clinical psychologist and psychological psychotherapist in training. She is convinced that crises – when approached with curiosity and compassion – can become meaningful turning points in life. Her own therapeutic experiences have taught her the importance of mindfulness, self-compassion and body-oriented methods, which she now integrates into her work. In her work, she strives to create a space of safety, openness and curiosity, and understands the therapeutic relationship as a shared process that enables growth, perspective change and authentic self-expression. In addition, she brings personal and professional experience with alternative forms of relationships to the table and sees herself as a member and ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
